Introduction
1.1 Welcome to Invest for Smart Returns (the "Platform"). By using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1.2 These terms and conditions may be subject to change without notice. It is your responsibility to review them regularly.
User Registration and KYC
2.1 Users must register and verify their identity through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures (Mandatory).
2.2 Currently, only deposits in USDT (BEP20) to the provided address will be accepted. Additional deposit methods may be added in the future, and users will be notified accordingly. Please ensure that the deposit address matches the one mentioned on our "Pay Now" page.
2.3 We strictly prohibit any engagement with our platform for the purpose of money laundering. Users affirm that they are not involved in any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crimes. We reserve the right to report any suspicious activities to the relevant authorities and take appropriate actions, including freezing accounts and terminating user access.
Investment Plans
3.1 Investors are required to choose an investment plan: 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.
3.2 Once an investor selects a plan, they acknowledge and understand that they cannot withdraw their invested balance until the chosen period expires.
3.3 In exceptional cases with verifiable proof, the owner may consider a withdrawal before the plan duration ends.
Trading and Profits
4.1 We are professional traders engaging in daily trading activities. Users acknowledge that there may be days without trading opportunities and, therefore, no profit sharing.
4.2 Profits can be withdrawn on the 25th of each month. However, investors cannot withdraw their initial investment balance until the chosen investment plan duration is completed.
4.3 Profit-sharing frequency is variable and depends on trading opportunities. There may be instances where profits are shared after 2, 3, or 4 days, or on a weekly basis.
4.4 The maximum risk of the balance in any trading activity is set between 2% and 5%. Investors acknowledge and accept this risk level.
Referral Program Conditions:
5.1 Users participating in the referral program must actively promote and share their referral link to attract new investors.
5.2 To maintain active referral status, a user must have at least one new investor registered through their referral link and make a deposit or investment every month.
5.3 If a referral user is inactive for one month (no new registrations with deposits or investments through their link), all investors registered with their link will be removed, and the user will no longer be eligible for referral commissions.
5.4 To resume participation in the referral program, the user must generate new registrations with deposits or investments through their referral link.
5.5 Users will receive referral commissions based on a multi-level structure:
- Level 1: 15% commission on all eligible referrals.
- Level 2: 3% commission on all eligible referrals made by investors referred by the user's Level 1 referrals. 5.6 We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program or adjust referral conditions at our discretion.
Account Management
6.1 Multiple investment accounts can be created by a single user.
6.2 Referral commissions are available for users who refer others.
Risk and Brokerage
7.1 Users acknowledge that we do not risk the capital of our investors.
7.2 We use Deriv as our exclusive broker. We are not responsible for any issues or closure of Deriv's platform (deriv.com).
7.3 Our Deriv account number is 12****6, and we exclusively trade indexes on Deriv.
Withdrawals and Transfers
8.1 Profits/Commissions can be withdrawn on the 25th of each month. However, investors cannot withdraw their initial investment balance until the chosen investment plan duration is completed.
8.2 Users are strictly prohibited from transferring funds between accounts to prevent potential money laundering issues. Any attempt to engage in such activities will result in immediate account suspension and further investigation.

- We reserve the right to adjust our trading strategies without prior notice to users.
11.3 User Recommendations:
- We do not accept recommendations from users regarding the percentage of profits.
- We do not share our trading strategies with users. Our trading methods and strategies are proprietary and confidential.
11.4 Platform Downtime:
- While we strive for continuous availability, we acknowledge that technical issues may arise. In the event of platform downtime, rest assured that our dedicated team of technicians and developers is actively working to address and resolve any issues promptly. 11.5 Minimum Investment Duration:
- Investors cannot withdraw their initial investment balance until the chosen period expires: 3 months / 6 Months / 1 Year.

- The maximum risk of the balance in any trading activity is set between 2% and 5%. Investors acknowledge and accept this risk level.
